FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - IN STORE PICKUP INFORMATION
In addition to shipping, Finish Line has made some of its products available for in-store pickup. Customers now have the ability to make a purchase online and pick up their order at their local store within a two hour timeframe.

Simply select a size and enter your zip code or use your phones GPS locator by clicking the "Use Current Location" button. Your closest stores will then be displayed and stores with inventory of the selected shoe will be green. If a local store has inventory, simply add the product to your cart and select In-Store Pickup as your method of shipping on the shipping page of checkout.

Once you receive your order confirmation, Finish Line will contact you via email and phone when the order is available for pickup. Please allow approximately two hours for your order to be processed and pickup confirmation before proceeding to the pickup location. Orders placed after 8pm local time may not be ready for pickup prior to the store closing that night.

Please bring any of the following items with you when picking up your order:
  • Confirmation email that order is ready for pickup
  • Credit card used for your online purchase
  • Valid photo-id (Driver's License or State ID)
If you have not picked up your order within 4 days of the initial online purchase, you will receive a telephone call reminding you of your purchase and pickup availability. If, after 7 days of not having picked up your order, you will be sent an email to make you aware that your order has been shipped to your billing address.
